For Your Caffeine Fix

Barista Parlor: Germantown, just north of downtown, is paved with brick roads, independent restaurants and boutiques you want to spend hours in. There are so many coffee shops in Nashville, but Barista Parlor has one of the most unique atmospheres–complete with motorcycles and racetrack flags. It’s the perfect place to sip on pour over coffee and hang with friends! No wonder it’s a favorite of Alexis, Betsy, and Jessica!

Three Brothers Coffee: If you’re looking to get your daily coffee fix, Three Brothers Coffee is the place to be! Plus, their cute shop has so many photo ops for your grid. We’re in love!

Crema Coffee Roasters: If you’re a fan of white walls and a clean, minimal aesthetic, Crema Coffee is a dream come true! In addition to having an amazing atmosphere, the story behind how the brand came to be what it is today is inspiring!

The Well Coffeehouse: Coffee changes lives….I think that’s a slogan we can get behind! The Well Coffeehouse’s Nashville location will make you feel right at home, and every time you buy a cup of coffee, you’re helping to provide clean drinking water to those in need!

For a Bite to Eat

Biscuit Love: If you’re on the hunt for brunch in the Nashville area, stopping by Biscuit Love is a must! You’ll enjoy amazing Southern food, and you’ll also have to snap a pic of their adorable light-up Nashville sign!

Little Octopus: If you have a craving for Caribbean food, stop by The Little Octopus! With their bright and colorful plates and amazing atmosphere, we guarantee you won’t be able to leave without snapping a photo for your grid!

Marche Artisan Foods: Marche is on the east side, which is the trendy, new area of town that’s exploding right now! It has the tastiest food and does a good job of mixing trendy with the cozy home feel. According to Jessica and Alexis, the white tables and beautiful foods make it really easy to take “brunch” pics!

Pinewood Social: Brunch, bowling, and brews. Not only does Pinewood Social provide entertainment for hours, Betsy says it also provides the perfect backdrop for the hippest Instagram post. The can wall mural is a must see!

One year ago today, Amelia's Flower Truck opened for business. I had no idea what to expect as I parked @whitesmercantile on that Saturday. I was going into a new market, with a concept that hadn't been done before and it was so wonderfully terrifying. Y'all, no one could have prepared me for what would happen in my first year of being open. Your overwhelming love and support of Amelia and Rory has seriously blown me away. I've enjoyed so much getting to chat and know everyone who has come to the Nashville and met our little Flower Truck family (that continues to grow). There are a lot of people who have made Amelia's what it is and from the bottom of my heart, I thank you!! /// We will not be parking @baristaparlor and The Gulch today due to the chilly weather, but we'll (hopefully) see you @imogeneandwillie from 11-4 if it warms up. 💐❤️😘📸| @marycravenphotography

Amelia’s Flower Truck: This flower truck is making us go heart-eyes! If you consider yourself to be a flower lover, you can’t visit Nashville without seeing Amelia’s Flower Truck!

Natchez Trace Parkway Bridge: This is the most beautiful spot to drive in Nashville! Once you’ve gotten enough of the city vibe, Jessica recommends heading out to this bridge at sunset to snap some beautiful pics! It’s fairly close to Leapers Fork, which is the sweetest little town outside of Nashville!

12 South: According to Jessica, this whole area is the perfect place to walk around, eat, and shop. It’s a big enough to keep you entertained for a few hours, and not to mention the wonderful popsicles you can get at the park! The cute painted murals make this location Instagrammable!

Nashville, we’re comin’ for ya! If you want to learn all about how to build your brand and kill it online, grab a seat in our Nashville 3-Day Branding Workshop! We’ll see you there!
