Instagram is an amazing place to connect with your audience and promote your brand. And now, it’s an amazing place to monetize your content!
Our fave Instagram planning app Planoly just announced the release of its new digital affiliate network and product discovery platform, StyleLink.it, and we’re all about it! This tool makes it easy for influencers to monetize their digital content with their favorite brands like Nordstrom, UNIQLO, Glossier, Bloomingdales, Topshop, and many more by tagging products on your Instagram content and generating product links for any online platforms (i.e. personal blogs or YouTube) right from the Planoly web dashboard and mobile apps.
In addition to this, consumers can shop through StyleLink.it’s feed of products and looks. Products that can be linked include men and women’s fashion, accessories, beauty, family, and home decor.
This new feature is truly a win-win for influencers, retailers, and consumers. It provides companies with brand exposure and connects shoppers with retailers and brands through a shoppable inspiration feed from influencers they love! StyleLink.it’s discovery engine will lead to more affiliate sales and a boost in followers for brands on social media, too.
How it Works for Influencers
If you’re an influencer wanting to try out this new feature, there are 3 simple steps!
-
1
Plan: Plan your Instagram content days, weeks or months in advance.
-
2
Tag: Search and tag your content with Planoly’s catalog of millions of products from your favorite brands and retailers.
-
3
Schedule: Schedule and post your Instagram content with a few clicks of a button.
You can also….
-
1
Generate: Create product links to use on other online platforms such as your blog or YouTube channel.
-
2
Track: Keep track of your click-throughs and earnings on Planoly’s StyleLink.it web dashboard.
-
3
Embed: Add your Shoppable Gallery to drive more sales on your website, email signature, or IG Profile link.
StyleLink.it makes it easy for influencers to plan, tag, and schedule shoppable content in one place. In addition to monetizing your content with your shoppable feed in your bio, you can also share your personalized shoppable feed by embedding it on your blog and sharing the link on your various social channels (like Facebook and even YouTube descriptions).

How it Works for Consumers & Shoppers
Shoppers can search for specific products or start with a more broad search and refine it by retailer, brand, and price. They also have the option to display “Influencers Only”, “Product Only”, and they can also visit the “Influencers” page to shop looks right from their fave influencers. Product and influencer looks can also be added to a personalized “Favorites” list for future purchases.

Brand Partners
StyleLink.it has launched with a large group of influencers, brands, and retailers, including Nordstrom, Shopbop, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Steve Madden, Superga, Guess, Boston Proper, Olivia & Grace, Betsey Johnson, Vince Camuto, Hugo Boss, LuisaViaRoma, Saturdays NYC, and more, with additional brands and retailers joining every week.

I’m interested to see how this platform does. Between LiketoKnow.it, Shop Style, and now this, it’s hard to figure out which one will be best for my platform. I currently use Shop Style, but I don’t generate many clicks and sales for it. I feel like the LiketoKnow.it app makes it easiest to shop your favorite instagramers, but it’s hard to get into. I would love to see a post comparing the three.
We’re interested to see how the new platform performs as well! There definitely are a lot of options out there. If you give this one a try, please let us know what you think of it! ~Emily, Editorial Intern
