We took the Bloguettes Two-Day Branding Workshop to San Francisco in October to teach a whole new group of bloggers, small business owners and creatives the ins and outs of branding and blogging. Between teaching our students about social media, blogging and the business of blogging, photography, and graphic design (phew, that’s a ton!), we also had some fun! Here are a couple of images from the weekend to help give you an idea what a Bloguettes workshop is all about.
Our friends from Hello Apparel provided us with these glittery gold totes to use as goody bags for each of our students.
Zico provided us with their delicious, super-hydrating coconut water, chapsticks and other fun swag each day!
Our students loved these reusable glass tumblers from The Mason Bar Company.
Lunch was catered both days by Bun Mee–an awesome Vietnamese sandwich restaurant local to San Francisco. Our favorites were the fresh, veggie-filled spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce on the side.
Creative director and photo stylist Alisha Golden guest spoke during the class and taught our students all about creating great content through photographs. She’s worked with Anthropologie, Nordstrom and Net-a-Porter, so it was awesome getting to pick her brain and for her to share her expertise.
All the gorgeous florals for the class were provided by Wish Social Events. Fresh flowers make everything prettier!
Fresh juice was provided each day by CAN CAN Cleanse. Besides offering refreshing, healthy juices, their packaging is insanely cute!
We loved getting to teach in San Francisco, and we can’t wait to come back! Til then, we’ll be admiring these darling cards from Corazones de Papel.
