Why We Decided To Host Our Very First Conference Bloguettes

Bloguettes started all because of its 3-Day Branding Workshops. Our Co-Founders Lorena and Sakura have traveled across the country teaching bloggers, entrepreneurs, and creatives the ins and outs of blogging, social media, Photoshop, and more. We’ve loved watching our wonderful attendees take what they’ve learned and put it in action to meet their goals. It’s been an amazing journey and we couldn’t be more thankful for all of the connections we’ve made along the way!

As we’ve announced that we’re no longer hosting 3-Day Branding Workshops, a lot of you are probably wondering, “What’s next for Bloguettes?” Well, in February 2018, we’ll be hosting our very first conference right here in our city: Phoenix, Arizona. The Workshop will be a one-of-a-kind event where inspiration meets hands-on application. Our attendees will have the chance to attend over 30 different workshops in just 2 days!

With all of the changes happening at Bloguettes, we decided to sit down with our Co-Founders to answer all of your questions! Keep reading as they tell you everything you need to know about The Workshop and what you can expect for the future of Bloguettes:

Take us through the decision to change from hosting 3-Day Branding Workshops to having a larger scale annual conference.

At this point in time for our company, it just made sense. We have focused on growing our brand’s exposure in different markets throughout the past three years. Now, we are at a point where we feel we are ready for something bigger and even better.

After attending a lot of other conferences in our industry, none gave us exactly what we wanted: a memorable experience combined with hands-on learning. Since we could not find it, we decided to create it!

Why is the event called The Workshop: A Conference by Bloguettes?

We love the term ‘workshop.’ It implies learning, which is what we want the takeaway from our event to be. Also, our audience is familiar with our previous workshops, so we decided it would make sense to go from smaller workshop to THE workshop (haha).

What will make The Workshop different from other conferences out there?

EVERYTHING (haha), no seriously. We are trying to make this experience an unforgettable one, and are trying to think of every detail. Again, we’re trying to create the perfect combination of inspiration and empowerment with hands-on learning.
